From the sea wall you literally walk straight into the apartment via a separate entrance. In the entrance hall there is a cloakroom with a sofa with an adjacent spacious bicycle shed and foot shower. Very convenient also when arriving and leaving with the bike, you are immediately on the sea wall. Through a glass door you enter the first cozy living area with a covered heated terrace that overlooks the walking dike, the beach and the sea. This space can be used as a coffee corner, relax corner, where you can play a board game or where the children can do crafts together. Due to the covered terrace there is no direct view into the apartment and you can enjoy all privacy. This terrace can be used in both summer and winter as it can be completely closed off with glass panels. Then there is the fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table that offers space for 10 guests to sit together. A little further on you will find the second larger living area with a soft spacious living room to be able to sit together with a TV on one side and a desk with a separate reading corner on the other. The patios with plants provide natural light everywhere, as well as in the 4 bedrooms that follow behind the second living space. The 4 bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, air conditioning, a private desk and a private bathroom. Furnished to be able to completely relax. In the hallway you will find a 2nd separate toilet and a washing machine and dryer. The 4th bedroom has a double bed on one side, for children or adults, with a higher built-in bunk bed with 2 single beds (only accessible via a ladder) on the other side of the room.

A warm sea breeze and the first summer sunbeams: just heaven. Even a beach chair with a sweater on is a must in SPRING. Sunbathing and building beach castles is really for SUMMER this with a furnished beach cabin on the beach right in front of the apartment (from April to September). On a sunny AUTUMN day you can enjoy a fresh breeze on the beach. You can expect a white, crackling beach in WINTER. A hat, scarf and gloves and you can go for a lovely walk and enjoy a delicious, hot chocolate with a red nose. Christmas or New Year at the seaside? On New Year's Eve there is a fireworks display on the beach of Knokke every year. A cosy evening together with the classic ingredients: Christmas trees accompanied by fire baskets, mulled wine or a delicious fish soup.
Knokke-Heist is a municipality in West Flanders and one of the most famous seaside resorts in Belgium, Heist is a sub-municipality of Knokke-Heist. Heist is located on the North Sea but has much more to offer besides beach and sea, namely it borders the nature reserve Baai van Heist on the west and on the south there are the nature reserves Sashul and Vuurtorenweiden. To the south of Heist is the West Flemish polder land with the Kleiputten van Heist, a remnant of the brick industry and now a beautiful nature reserve. The Isabellavaart also runs here.
But on the east side, also on the side of the holiday apartment, is popularly known as 'het bosje van Heist', a park of no less than 19 ha. The Willemspark with southern dune forest and the northern dunes also has a pond with natural banks, the construction of a play landscape and the rabbit and mole path. By bike you can make a beautiful bike ride to Het Zwin in Knokke and even cycle along the nature reserves to Cadzand for a delicious lunch on the beach, highly recommended. The center of Heist has received a complete makeover in 2024 and has been completely refreshed, making it always pleasant to stay here both in summer and winter.
